Kyoto — 10 nights

The national capital for over a thousand years, Kyoto retains much of the charm of old Japan, boasting numerous temples and shrines that seem completely untouched by the modern world.
Museum-lovers will appreciate Cup Noodle Museum Osaka Ikeda and Kyoto Museum of Crafts and Design. Do some cultural sightseeing at Fushimi Inari-taisha Shrine and Nijo Castle. Venture out of the city with trips to Nara (Todaiji Temple Cultural Center, Nara Park, &more), Osaka Shiritsu Toyo Toji Museum (in Osaka) and Dotombori District (in Dotombori). There's much more to do: steep yourself in history at Tofuku-ji Temple, take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mt. Kurama, wander the streets of Pontocho District, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kinkaku-ji.
