Port Augusta — 1 night

A natural harbor established in 1852, Port Augusta houses one of the most popular tourist attractions of the area, the Wadlata Outback Center.
Wadlata Outback Centre has been added to your itinerary. Kick off your visit on the 1st (Fri): get answers to all your questions at Wadlata Outback Centre and then get great views at Water Tower Lookout.

Bendigo to Port Augusta is an approximately 10-hour car ride. You can also drive. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 0.5 hours traveling from Bendigo to Port Augusta. In June, plan for daily highs up to 19°C, and evening lows to 7°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 2nd (Sat) early enough to go by car to Coober Pedy.
