Wonderful museum. Perfect size to enjoy each piece as it is a smaller size compared to other well known museums. Audi guide was a great companion although the English was different to the Dutch. The Dutch guide provided a highlight tour whereas English did not. Gift shop is also well worth the visit at the end.

Small but great museum. Vermeer's famous picture is definitely a lot better in real life than on mere pictures. Definitely mesmerizing to look at, I can see why it's so famous. I'm not even a huge art-fan but the collection in the museum was outstanding. One of the best collections of any museum I've ever been too, almost all paintings have something special about them. You can see everything in about 15 or 45 minutes if you really take your time, so that's a plus too imo. It's also right located at the little lake in the center and you have a pretty view to the outside. The only downside is the lighting in a few rooms. I'm not totally sure if it was the natural light through the windows or the one of the lamps, but some of the bigger pictures that hang higher up were literally not visible due to this, or you had to stand in an extremely awkward position to properly look at it. I'm not even exaggerating, it was like really bad. Again, only in like 2-3 rooms and only a few paintings, but for such a famous and renowned museum, I found this really weird.
