What an absolute gem of a place. Loved visiting the museum/tasting room in the beautiful upstairs attic and trying the local Friesian liquor - purchased a bottle as it makes a great souvenir and was well priced. Great range of different wines and spirits to purchase including some I hadn't seen since leaving my home country. Best thing about this place though is the people - they are welcoming and friendly from the moment you step foot inside. You absolutely must visit this place if you are in Sneek. Great historical liqueur shop. Very friendly shop attendent. Beautiful attic tasting room - excellent for those unfamiliar with the Friesian offerings. Products, including t-shirts, were affordable priced - you don't feel at all like they are after your money here. A sweet must-see for city history and a souvenir or two!
