Not only has this place a great choice of saunas and other relaxing activities, such as massage, the receptionist was absolutely amazing. She did her best for me and my friend to have our massage at the same time, even went to great lengths to find us at the resort in order to let us know. Prices are very acceptable and the resort itself is lovely.

Nice place but poor customer service from the reception staff, not very kind and helpful. Also happens several times for us that we arrive around 7pm and there is no shower foam in more than two of the showers. When I went to the reception desk to inform and ask if they could do something, the receptionist was rude saying I was the only one who reported that and did not want to even ask from her colleagues to check. Spa Well - we love visiting but make sure you keep clients happy with providing a good service for the price people pay.
