We showed up unannounced, so couldn't really get a tour. But the staff was really friendly, and gave us some samples of their various cheeses. We ate a bunch of cheese, and bought about 50 euro...

We come here on a coach not quite the excursion I was expecting I personally think our local cheese factory in cheddar offers a better experience than 1 man who does a PowerPoint on cheese and the same said man then 'makes' some cheese and opens the shop. Not quite what I was expecting..
