    This replica of a 19th century shipwreck house is the best place to watch the stars and photograph the Milky Way in the Netherlands, as it is located in the Boschplaat nature reserve which has almost no light pollution (Bortle class 2). The little house at the north-east coast of Terschelling can be reached by a 4.5 km walk from bicycle parking (fietsenstalling) Boschplaat. Walking on the beach under a starry night is a truly magical experience!
