Basilica of St. Servatius, Maastricht

Really nice visit. This is a church that has it all, museum, crypt, chapels, archaeological excavation and an inner patio. You can visit the whole place in just 30min to 1h. It’s not that big, and the museum is quickly viewable. The treasury has many gold artifacts including relics and other objects made from wood and/or ivory. Don’t forget to visit also the Bergportaal, it’s really and incredible entrance. The price is only €4,50. Debit was accepted.

A must see in Maastricht!! Part of the Basilic is converted into museum. There is a map-guide (included with a 3€ ticket) describing the most important elements of the church. So the self tour is sufficient.
