    I was not aware of the stories of WWII in texel. This place is very well maintained and peaceful and gave me the chance to learn something more about this island.

    Beautiful and well maintained war cemetery. A serene place where brave Georgian soldiers, who fought during WWll and gave their life, were laid to rest. At the entrance is a sign with the story...

    Very nice and well kept. Oma(Grandma) used to live just down the street, when ever we visit Texel we make sure to place Canadian Flags on the Canadian graves
