Imboden Bike, Lauterbrunnen

The team at Imboden bike shop was amazing! They were super helpful and got us set up with our rental bikes so quickly and easily. This was hands down the best thing we did our whole entire trip in Switzerland! We had the best time biking around and taking in the most beautiful scenery I’ve ever seen in my life. Do yourself a favor and do this!!!

I rarely write reviews. If you are reading this and debating renting a bike here, stop reading and commit. E-biking around and on top of this valley was one of the best experiences of my life. The views are life-changing, which are difficult to see all of on foot. We did a big loop, went from Lauterbrunnen to Stechelberg and took the cable car up with the bikes, got off at Gimmelwald (amazing town), rode up to Mürren and continued all the way to Isenfluh and then back down to the valley again. Took us about 5 hours, and hardly a sweat was broken with the help of the e-bikes that make pedalling uphill so much easier. This is helpful if you are tired and sore from a lot of days spent already hiking and walking around. The staff, especially Lucia, are kind, empathetic and helpful in planning a route or giving friendly, multilingual advice. Bikes were in excellent condition. I will never forget the views I saw.
