Opened as a museum in 1935, it was declared a national monument that same year. Run by the Real Academia Espanola, the house features a number of rooms, including a dining room, chapel, kitchen, the writer's bedroom, and his study, among others. Visit the museum to see where Lope de Vega spent 25 years of his life and wrote some of his most well-known works. What a delightful museum. I don’t know much about Lope de Vega but the building was beautiful. They had a nice collection of artwork and a beautiful garden outside.
