  • I could not get a ticket . The foundation doesn't accept Euro's . So no entrance. And privé of €9,00 is to Much a while under construction.

  • This is our favourite museum in Barcelona, with an amazing collection of art from Joan Miró in a beautiful building. The views from the museum was amazing, it’s such a nice place to spend a few hours on a hot summer day. There are some street parking spaces nearby as well which is very convenient as we drove, and the location of the museum is a little out of the way for us.
  • When you enter, tickets are on the left, leave bags/coats on the right. There are two shops, both rather pricey. But sometimes you can find really good board games. Toilets are opposite the shops. Cafe is accessible at the very end of your visit. Each time I am in this museum, depending on what's going on in life, I find different paintings attract my attention and resonate with my feelings. I am not a particular fun, but this is a good collection. However, really, our days you should have better informational support to any museum collection! 3 stars are for the poor information support. The informational plagues are seriously outdated, not much story is there, boring. Then in the app that you can download not all paintings are included, and those that are, are in some weird order, difficult to navigate. I wouldn't mind to pay for a guided tour, but it is impossible on the day. This time there was a private Miro collection included in the exhibition, a Japanese owner, a son of an artist. Interesting to see what Miro caught the owner's eye!
