  • Extensive sample of easily accessible sculpture. The location is very successful, being able to visit the medieval wall while enjoying the permanently exhibited works. The museum was started in 1991 by the sculptor José Noja, opening on August 24, 1993. The collection consists of 58 sculptures, both figurative and abstract art. Modern and contemporary works by mainly Spanish artists, as well as American and European ones. The sculptures are arranged in two urban sections: along the Vía Complutense and bordering the old city walls. This makes it the longest of its category in all of Europe, with more than two kilometers in length. It has interesting statues of important artists such as Amadeo Gabino, José Lamiel, Pablo Serrano or Úrculo, among others.
  • Although modern art sculptures is not something that inspires me especially, I have to say that the place to take a walk, walk around and see some art, is of course a very good option at a cultural level. There are several works and what you do is follow the surroundings of the fortified part of the Archbishop's Palace, all its perimeter. It is dotted with different bronze sculptures mostly. #PartyOnLG
