    #OTD in 1939 State Lermontov Museum – Tarkhany Reserve was opened in #Russia’s Penza Oblast. This museum is located in a manor, where outstanding Russian poet and writer Mikhail #Lermontov spent his childhood. The museum register lists some 29,000 items, incl 14,500 fixed assets
