Take a stroll through the garden in front of Agricultural Palace while enjoying views of the river on one side and the kremlin on the other. The central feature of the building is a 20 m (65.6 ft) high sculpture of a tree embedded in a deep arch, which symbolizes fertility and prosperity. The arch is topped with a spiral-twisted dome. Notice how the openings and the spiral structure of the dome add a hint of Oriental architecture to the otherwise neoclassical appearance of the building. The facade features two main entrances, because the right and left wings house separate sectors of the Agricultural Ministry. I don’t really know what to make of this place. It’s a great looking building but the fact that it was only built around 2011 bothers me for some reason. Also, it’s isn’t a building you go inside...

An impressive example of modern urban architecture is truly world-class. Located near the historic center of the capital of Tatarstan. A semicircular enfilade of columns hovering over the square surrounding the complex of buildings. And its center, which is crowned with a fantastic tree stretching into a reflection of the blue sky ... Bravo!
