Review of the shop at the factory. Now, judging by recent photographs, everything has changed for the better, on our arrival it was a small room not of the most modern look. The store itself, even at that time, looked more like a museum than a retail outlet. We stopped by on purpose, my wife wanted to buy a vase. We chose for a long time, the patience of the sellers can be envied. Unfortunately, the vase burst on the same day, everyone thought, our money cried, but the store responded adequately, found us almost the same vase and made an exchange without question. We are very grateful to them for this.

Visited the factory tour! I advise everyone!!! Very interesting and informative. An insane amount of beautiful crystal products. Luli, working at the factory, are great masters of their craft. Very kind and talented!
