The interior features a huge organ with 4,000 pipes, a cast-iron tabernacle, some late Gothic murals, and an extensive collection of Anatolian carpets. Outside, the architecture draws interest, as the church is decorated with portals, arches, and many sculptures. The ruined bust of John the Baptist in the choir section is the oldest surviving sculpture in the church. Look for the city's coat of arms beneath the statue of Mary and Jesus. A great experience! A beautiful church, a lot of history that takes you for a couple of moments back in time. A lot of German writings that impress through the meaning of it, but also through the old language used previously. Highly recommended when in Brasov to visit the church.

Big building. Very cold inside. The inside air is antique ❤️Beautiful architecture. Great history. Tickets cost as 20 lei Ro each. Easy to find.
