  • Fabulous 360 degree panorama depicting scenes from this famous battle. The central circular platform provides very good viewing and it's been created in such a way that the ground between the canvas and the viewing platform becomes part of the Battle scene and merges into the canvas creating an almost 3D effect. It's useful to pick up an audio guide which takes you through and explains the scenes depicted in this huge painting. Sessions every 30 minutes, I didn't book in advance but went early. This is a very popular attraction.
  • I am not a war watching sort of person, this is an art experience above anything else. I found this truly wonderful and personally don't think it should be missed. I figure you know your own kids well enough, though most kids should be okay with this relatively short tour. As this is popular don't rock up and expect to just get in. I would suggest booking online is essential. Finally to make the whole experience more pleasant here are some tips - bring your water - ensure your phone is turned to mute. - toilets are clean, get there early and go. - Language kit's should be planned for. - Grab a seat while waiting as limited seats - Don't worry about the long queue stay seated and be last.
