  • I spent 1 month in Wroclaw and went to this gym every day. The women's lockers are very crowded but very clean. There were no shower curtains, which was a shock to me. Weights- main floor- good selection, again very crowded even in the am, hard to superset and I had to always work around that somehow. Functional training room- great selection of kettlebells, bars, weights etc, no complaints here. Cycling classes- Piotrek and Monika both on point, good music, good tempo and cadence. I enjoyed their classes and so did my husband when he visited; we both had lots of fun! There was also another spin instructor Artur who honestly thought that his job is to " Dictate" to me how to ride a bike, how to adjust it, and he even had the guts to forbid me to drink water during the class! In Florida, this "gentleman" would have been fired on the spot. I had no time to speak to the management about this because of my crazy work schedule but I have never seen such arrogance in my life and I have worked out in probably close to 40 different countries, if that says anything. Zumba classes were also great and I thoroughly enjoyed those! All in all, as a foreigner, I enjoyed the gym and my husband did, too.
  • The waterpark itself (slides) were good but there was a long waiting line maybe they need to check how to handle a huge amount of visitors..and try spreading them. Second the changing rooms were pretty dirty and not really cleaned also need to do something about the changing lockers..there are no seats to sit on nor a place to hang your clothing.
