Zarasai Library building. Located on the same street as the observation circle. It's not a big one but the view is nice. As we understand Zarasai Region museum is also located in the same building. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit the museum.

Fun museum of art's and such. Definitely a place to visit while in a tour. Small admission fee required but you get a museum and a wc at the price of one equally important :)
