The Hill of Witches (Lithuanian: Raganų kalnas) is an outdoor sculpture gallery near Juodkrantė, Lithuania.

It is located on a forested sand dune about 0.5 kilometer west of the Curonian Lagoon, on the Lithuanian Seaside Cycle Route. Begun in 1979, it has been expanded several times, and now contains about 80 wooden sculptures along with a series of trails. The artists drew on a long tradition of woodcarving in Samogitia, and on the equally long tradition of Joninės celebrations on the hill. The pieces depict characters from Lithuanian folklore and pagan traditions.

Woodcarving symposia are held at the park on a regular basis, and new works are added. Admission is free.

  • FREE and bigger than I expected with nice walking path. The carvings were a variety of size and complexity but very artistic and worth seeing. Multiple trails lead off in the area and it was not clear to me where they went or how long (no park or trail map). Wish they had an artistic explanation of the carving or inspiration. Overall a fun stop and likely takes 30 minutes to see basic carvings and not taking any side trails. Be aware, there are multiple steps to access this area.
  • Very interesting place to be and visit ! Wooden sculptures are interesting and makes you wonder who can make something like that, because each sculpture are different and with so many details within... so go and see by yourself ! Walk can take around ~ 1 h to 2 h depending how fast you explore !
