The parking lot fee is 500 yen. I came out just 5 in minutes without purchasing a ticket because Im foreigner, Japanese performance show was the main,so difficult to understand. So I just came out. But they don't even refund parking fees. They Said "You can't get a refund from the parking lot as long as you enter"
