Tomita Melon House, Nakafurano-cho

It gives off the vibe of rest areas along highways. You can enjoy here green and orange melons, on its own or topped with soft cream, or as a smoothie or shake. Don’t be shocked by the prices. Fruits in Japan are generally expensive, and the top-notch melons in Tomita Melon House are way above the affordable ones sold in supermarkets. Scooping juicy melons with melty soft cream can get messy so I hope they put tissue boxes on the table and not just damp towels shared by everyone for wiping tables.

Sweetest and juiciest melons I have ever tasted!🍈 Food : Mainly divided into 3 sections (Fresh fruit, smoothies juices, bread related etc) You can even enjoy pizza🍕, corn🌽 and other Hokkaido specialities there Service : very friendly🤗 Ambience : Spacious Others : It’s just a place to eat cut melon😅 Would have loved to see something like a farm or the overall process etc Overall : Must visit if in that area🤩
