The best views are very early in the morning (6am-7am) that too on sunny days, so don’t expect to see sights like in the photos. Apart from that, it’s a nice and peaceful place. Has free parking and a few restaurants nearby.

If it's on your way then sure do take a quick look but it's by no means worth doing a whole trip from Tokyo to see it. A 5min walk with lots of people that all gather at the same spot to take that one picture of the only thing interesting in the area the "cave waterfall". Don't expect to be able to hike anywhere else there is really nothing else to see.
