This Jigoku is filled with Crocodiles imported from Sarawak, Malaysia. Sometimes I give it to the Japanese to think of such attractions, ie to have Crocodiles enclosed and kept in a 4 seasons country.... more

A new level of inhumanity! When they advertised a "crocodile zoo" I was expecting small or tiny reptiles and maybe some kind of museum. What they run here is beyond any reason! Huge alligators in tiny cages, held for the amusement of tourists visiting the hot spring. The spring it self would be to boring to spend 400 JPY so each Spring got an additional experience. While others have a garden, this one got crocodiles. Unacceptable! Please don't support this!!!!

I wasn’t sure how much we would all enjoy this place at first, but we did!!! So interesting to see and the staff made it even cooler! The foot bath was also refreshing.
