Yuca was beyond wonderful! We took the ramen and gyoza class. She was a terrific host and very informative. We had so much fun; I couldn't reccomend this experience enough.

Yuka, Yuka , Yuka! I have just had the best 4 hours in your home .. this was a superb sushi and gyoza cookery class .You are clearly an accomplished chef and teacher but you bring so much more... fun, laughter, whisky high balls ,knife sharpening tutorial, shopping tips and insights into your wonderful culture. Thank you so much for fitting me in at late notice too. For anyone visiting Tokyo, a 'Yuka class' should be top of the list. My very best, Debbie Mitchell
