  • Staff were very helpful and taught us about the different balsamic vinegars and process of manufacturing. The tastings were beneficial to help us decide what to buy - they're all fabulous.

  • It was so cool to learn about the 20 families that make these traditional balsamic vinegar. The toasting was great too, the differences between 12 & 25 year balsamic vinegars are night and day but amazing in each of their own ways. My wife and I ended up buying a bottle of the 25 year balsamic vinegar aged in mulberry barrels, so good! They are 100ml so can be carried in carry-on baggage.
  • My husband and I went to buy traditional balsamic vinegar in Modena after being inspired by a show called Somebody Feed Phil. Phil Rosenthal went to this shop to buy the most delicious balsamic vinegar. We experienced the tasting and learned a lot about the history of traditional balsamic vinegar making. We purchased a cherry wood balsamic vinegar, and we are very happy we did come to La Consorteria not just for the taste of their balsamic vinegar but for the high quality and standard of the product.
