Mehrotra silk factory(Govt.shop), Varanasi

We spend a very lovely time at Mehrotra Silk factory, there is a large choice of fabric and design all very beautiful. Father and son were very nice with us and professional I would very much recommend ! The shop can be a challenge to be found but it is worth the shot since it is in a very peaceful place of Varanasi :)

Mehrotra Silk Factory at Lal Ghat is a great place to buy silk. The quality is excellent and the colors are gorgeous. The family that runs it is extremely nice, couldn't have been friendlier and is knowledgable without being pushing you to buy. Shopping there was actually fun and I'm very happy with the material I bought there. Will definitely come back again when I next visit and would recommend it for anyone who's interested in buying silk.
