Baia's Wine, Kutaisi

After having a lot of trouble with translation during our time in Georgia, it was so great to be welcomed by someone who speaks English very well. We were a group of 12 guys and called for a reservation the same day of our stay, and it was no problem (september). The owners are very friendly and you can really feel that there's a family behind the winery. Good explanation of the winemaking process, and after that we enjoyed the various wines along with some delicious food, made by "mama". We asked if we could sleep outside (some of us had tents) en it was all fine. Breakfast was delicious as well! Overall, it was wonderfull to be welcomed with such hospitality and kindness! (And the dog is cute as well!)

The hosts are the most generous and friendly people we’ve ever met. Dinner and wine was AMAZING and would definitely come back for that. Unfortunately we are disappointed with the room- it was extremely cold even though it had air condition. There was NO hot water so it was impossible to shower, especially in a bathroom with no heating (which is shared by the way). Also, the bathroom was VERY dirty so even brushing your teeth was gross. Additionally toilet flush had no water. Would come back for the food and wine experience but not for the hotel
