  • The gallery is on the second floor of an old fashioned, communist era building. The paintings, with a few exceptions, use more or less the same colour palette, which can be a bit monotonous...

  • Kutaisi Art gallery is great stop while walking around Kutaisi old town. Exposition is not so big, but it is worth seeing for anyone who appreciates art and wants to see some creations by Georgian artists. Exposition includes few original works by Pirosmani. Entrance is 2 lari (0,70€ approx.)
  • Such an overrated venue. Only went bc the Bradt guide recommended but none of the exhibits described in the book were there. Rather there was some minor art and printed out sheets of paper of photographs- at least some of those were interesting. Also some sculpture in the courtyard. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thankfully only 2 lari for entrance.
