Retired engineer. Came by myself because my wife was busy. Very impressed. All the staff are bright young things who speak excellent English and are very enthusiastic. You feel very welcome. A couple of exhibits could do with a little maintenance (Shackleton audio) but I'm sure that's scheduled to happen. Overall the design and layout are excellent with fun facts and appropriate use of Virtual Reality. An enjoyable and informative 3 hours.

A lot of interesting section. I do think that there is a bit too much of virtual reality spots (4 out of 19) There are a lot of funny and approachable way of learning about the ocean. It's well suited for kids. I would've love a bit more information about new ocean technologies and the latest"partnerships" between us and the ocean.
