Located on an artificial island, Kampa Park is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of a busy city. Locals call this area the "Venice of Prague" because of its picturesque canal lined with well-maintained private houses. Sightsee along the canal by renting a rowboat, or spend the afternoon picnicking on the park's manicured lawn. A few steps from the park you can visit a museum of modern art, housing pieces donated by renowned collector Meda Mladkova. Point your camera at the museum's outdoor exhibits, which include giant crawling babies and a colony of yellow penguins. See Kampa Park and all Prague has to offer by arranging your trip with our Prague trip planner.
