The St. Lawrence Cathedral and Bell Tower
The city's most imposing building, The St. Lawrence Cathedral and Bell Tower represents Romanesque and Gothic architectural styles and features some of Croatia's most important architectural achievements. Built between the 12th and 17th centuries, its facade and interior were lavishly ornamented. Its portal, enriched with human forms, represents the peak of Dalmatian medieval plaster art. Visit the cathedral to see its superb sculptures and ornaments. Be sure to climb the 47 m (154 ft) bell tower, which provides open views of the bay and the rooftops of Trogir. Nice architecture and a lot of detailed statues. Stunning view from bell tower but you have to be a wee bit careful because the stairs are steep. Really important information is that you are allowed to enter if you are wearing a strappy top. You should have your shoulders covered. The ticket is 30kn/person and they do not accept cards.

Main church of the medieval Zadar. it costs 30 kuna to get in, unfortunately for me there was a wedding when I was there... but... even from the outside, its a beautiful edifice, especially considering that its mostly Romanesque and gothic. Definitely worth your time!
