After visiting this great store and purchasing a beautiful, gold, silver and black pearl ring we left the store and soon traveled back to New Zealand, where we had an unfortunate accident with the ring, after being told the excess by an unhelpful insurance company and contacting the police as required by the insurance company we thought we would contact the original manufacturer and retailer where we purchased the ring. The result of this story is we sent it back to them where they repaired and replaced missing parts at no cost and we now have the ring back looking better than ever. We plan to be back again next year for another purchase from their beautiful collection.
