The Dive Centre - The Big Fish, Aroa Beach

My wife loved her trip enjoyed her trip with the young kiwi lady who was very good..................I however had a sudden dose of food poisoning prior to our dive. They refused to refund($90), partially refund or even postpone my dive. The other senior instructor was quite rude and blunt about our situation. Found this operator very un Cook Island like and felt ripped off. Had a fishing trip booked next day that we had to cancel and they were more than obliging. Rarotonga has been great, so hope the dive centre can sort it's customer service out one day.

I did the practical part of my Open Water PADI at the Big Fish. They were very focused on safety but also made sure we had fun. I had a great experience and I can thoroughly recommend this dive school and the sites they take you to. I have returned a few times and have anyways had a great time. I can't wait to come back. Raro diving is amazing with warm clear water, fantastic visibility and fascinating aquatic life. Thanks Sasha and Sabine!
