We visited in low season, luckily very few people. Getting close to falls at the platform was great. I thought the tunnel were creepy, dark and damp. We had a cold day so getting wet was not.... more

Wow simply incredible to experience this. Pictures just don't cut it. The elevator ride down is quick and the tunnel can be claustrophobic but it's something you have to see and feel. The power of the falls can be heard and felt when inside 1 of 2 observation tunnels but going out on the observation deck to see the Horseshoe fall is amazing and yes you will wet. Ponchos provided and just the overall trip was well worth it.

Would totally recommend for everyone to do this at least once in their life! The experience is so amazing and allows you to appreciate the falls to a higher extent. Great opportunity for very nice pictures. Can be cold but still worth it if you are dressed warmly.
