Read about this place online and on FB. Reviews were outstanding. Called ahead and wrote on Facebook, got two different answers on the price. Show up and pay for that evening to go Snorkeling and plankton view. When we show up the lady says we are not using their boat. Because of random reasons like not feeling good etc. She said they have a contract with another company and they will take care of us. There was a tuktuk waiting and she took us with the driver to another beach where she said another captain will meet us. When we got out she did not want to wait around to see if we found a captain, after convincing she stayed. The captain arrived at 510 instead of 430pm. He put two of us on a moped and drove to the other side of the beach. We were then instructed to get on a boat with the others. Turns out the captain did not get on the boat, instead some young boy who barely spoke any English. After we got to the reef he asked if we wanted to swim , we said yes and asked for masks. HE SAID HE HAS NO MASKS!!! ON A SNORKELING TOUR BOAT!! After arguing we just decided to ask the boat 60 meters away for masks after their tourist had finished snorkeling. They agreed but our boat driver did not take us there. Had to swim to the masks. By the time we got them it was almost dark. Had only 5-10minutes of snorkel. This company is not as good as it seems. I would not recommend it. The plankton is really there. Unless you get out of the boat and start swimming you won't see it. Only the plankton made the trip bearable. Otherwise it is a total disaster. We were also promised a tuktuk when we got off the boat, instead we got nothing and the boat was so far off shore, had to swim with backpack above head.

Unfortunately they made a wrong appointment with us so we had to wait nearly 1 hour for the boat. There was not a lot of coral and fish to spot so the trip was disappointing.
