From miles away, you'll see mist rising up as the water from Iguazu Falls plunges a height of up to 90 m (295 ft). This total of 275 waterfalls form the largest chain of waterfalls around the globe. To minimize damage to the National Park's environment, you'll board a colorful bus to access the park and view the falls. An elevator allows you to descend to the lower falls where the water meets the pools. Walkways extend out over the falls to viewing platforms overlooking Devil's Throat, with picturesque panoramas all the way to Argentina on a clear day. As you climb a little bit closer to the falls, you'll feel the mist cooling your skin and see butterflies fluttering around the colorful rainbow illusions created by falling water. Use our Foz do Iguacu route maker website to add Iguazu Falls and other attractions to your Foz do Iguacu vacation plans.

Well worth a visit. Excellent walking with beautiful views. Easy to get around, though could do with a cafe before you entre the gates.

Absolutely stunning. Not sure the photos can do this place justice. The sheer number of falls over such a large distance is mind blowing. Definitely do the c.1km walk alongside the falls which give plenty of different photo opportunities. The only thing is the lift up to the top was very busy and very slow. You can take the c. 400 steps if you want to instead. There are a few food options near the top as well.

The hike is about 1.5 km and super easy with incredible views of the falls. It was really easy to get in, you can buy tickets online. We went at opening at 9am and there were already people there and getting in. The views at devils throat are unbelievable. The professional photos are good but expensive at the end. As the price before taking the photos.
