It was cool to see the turtles, different species and some interesting information. I will say I hope they invest more here and improve / update the facilities. Nice stop if already in Floripa, but not a destination location. It seems a little dated and small, but they have some construction in progress - April 2022.

Very sad to see turtles in such small, captive pools; kept since birth, as if that justifies and nullifies their experience. The centre has (had) collaborations with Petrobras and now Jeep, on top of which so many visitors..as their publicity proudly boasts. The facility itself is tiny, and appears not to have changed or been up-dated since my last visit 7 years ago. Like so many projects in Brazil, one wonders what happens to all the revenue received.
