Bellewaerde Park
Visit a fairy tale-like castle turned amusement park at Bellewaerde Park. The attraction was once a nature and safari park, but in the 1980s it expanded to include themed rides geared towards families. The 54 hectare (130 acre) area juxtaposes landscaped gardens with rides like the Boomerang and the Screaming Eagle. If you want to try the water rides, such as the boat rides, wear clothing you don't mind getting a little wet. Visit some of the 300 animals that still live on the grounds and temper the thrills with the harmony of nature. Tickets are available at the ticket booth upon arrival, or you can purchase them in advance online for a small discount. The attraction is seasonal, so check times in advance. It was a very fun day. We got to go on a lot of rollercoasters but we had to examine som of the atractions. but at the end of the day we got go on al the atractions. And because it was a school day.... more

Great and fun park with attractions the whole family can enjoy. I was impressed with how green and nature-oriented the park was! Staff was really friendly and helpful as well! I went on a not so busy day, but even then they were running multiple trains on the coasters! Never had to wait more than 10 minutes because of exceptionally fast operations! This park is more oriented towards families, so for a day out with kids, it's the perfect destination!
