Closed at 1:30pm at time it should be open for tasting. Rude, unhelpful woman who essentially said tough luck...we have a boat tour going through. Easy & courteous to let visitors know in advance...

This was an amazing visit in the Wachau region! They really know how to communicate and make you feel the magic of the area! The cellar is historic, the tour, guided by the owner and mother of the winemaker, is very interesting and fascinating and the wine selection highly recommended! After the visit we do recommend to have dinner in their restaurant: delicious homemade and traditional organic food! We had a great evening there!

We went to visit unannounced while they were very busy with the harvest, but they let us visit the impressive cave and have a taste of their wine under the giant tree in the yard. Very nice of them and honestly one of the best wine tasting I’ve had in Europe. I brought back this amazing 2014 riesling that I’m gonna let age a little 😇
