This is an awesome collection of art and antique shops with a cafe or two thrown in for good measure. If you love looking (and buying) arts, crafts and antiques (with pop culture, books and records ) this is the place for you. Spent at least 3hrs wandering around looking at everything. Though it's more a quick browse, you'd need longer to get a look at all the great stuff here. I'm no expert on antiques, but the prices seemed reasonable. Highly recommend a visit, great place for a morning/afternoon trip. Check it out and grab a coffee or meal.
The Tyabb Packing House is a fun place to spend an afternoon wandering around if you enjoy antiques. They have an enormous variety of items, from furniture, jewellery, books and cameras to every single little nick knack you could imagine. For most people myself included the enjoyment is more from just seeing the unique antiques rather than intending on purchasing any. I've also noticed over the years how there has slowly been an increase of not quite so 'antique' items being sold, not all bad but I just don't expect to see a bunch of old DVD's amongst centuries old antiques. The only thing that you may perceive as a negative would be the prices, given that many of the items are genuine rare antiques it's understandable but don't come here expecting many bargains.
