  • If you can, book a private show well in advance. You can choose the birds you want to see. The handlers work with you talking about their birds. The public shows are great. Informative rather than didactic and answer questions from the audience as well as explaining about each of the birds in the show. Birds only do one show, either the 11:30 or the 2:30. Reptile shows are also done daily.
  • Worth every penny of the entrance fee. Make sure you check the opening times as well as the show times for all shows they offer. The birds of prey show is fantastic. Spend the extra money to have Jack, the wedge tail eagle, stand on your arm and look you square in the eye. The handlers really know their stuff and were very informative around all of the birds they displayed to the audience. There was plenty of hands on experience as well, don't be scared, put your hand up or out in this instance.
