Very average display of butterflies. Better at the Botanic Gardens in Cairns which was free. Only takes about 20 minutes to walk thru and that was dawdling to check out the displays.

Lovely owner and friendly service. Returned today from Sydney to purchase more butterfly magnets. Bought 5 for $28 (see photos). The butterflies are a great gift for friends & relatives. They also have a cafe and many other nice items for sale. My favourite shop at Kuranda.

After stopping here for lunch after the typical Kuranda experience, this shop and its lovely owner have stuck in my mind! He went out of his way to make us welcome! Nothing was too much to ask and their coffee and ice cream are top notch! So thank-you for being so lovely and making our day with some kindness and a lot of humour!
