Hillbilly Cider
Work up your thirst at Hillbilly Cider, where you'll be able to pick apples in a decades-old orchard before having a chance to try award-winning alcoholic and non-alcoholic ciders. This is the only company in the world using a new variety of Julie apples, a chance seedling discovered in their own orchard. Check the website for more info, or use the store locator to find out where you can by these ciders even if you can't visit the cider shed. Plan your visit to Hillbilly Cider and a wealth of other attractions, well-known and undiscovered, using our Bilpin visit planner.

Brilliant! I loved the Christmas in July celebration so much. I highly recommend their Mulled Cider. It tasted so festive. I really like the tasting paddle too. It's a great way to try as many options as possible in one go! The online booking process was easy and they were able to accommodate a group of 8 (that expanded to 11) very easily. We booked on the weekend and they told us that they have slots for weekend bookings. We were late, but the lovely staff let us stay a little longer even though we ran overtime. It's great for big bookings because you pay at the counter and don't have to split big bills! So good. Genius idea. The pizza is great too! Love the pepperoni pizza.

Really cool place. Spontaneous stop on our way through the blue mountains. We already went by, but fortunately decided to take a quick u-turn. Special Christmas decor in the middle of July was a bit special. The selection of cider was great - we took 6 boxes home. There is also wine if you don't like cider. But the best is the PIZZA. Really good, big and hot.
