  • Cavernous and ornate basilica, lots of attention to detail, impressive organ pipes in back. Very quiet, good for a few minutes of contemplation during the busy day.  more »

  • Amazing Cathedral! What you might expect to see in any city in Europe. My wife and I were given a wonderful tour by Santos (hope I'm remembering the name correctly). He was a fountain of knowledge and information about the church and events surrounding it. Hope we might meet again, and as recommend, we will try and visit again on the 11th of December, after we return from our trip. Thank you for your time and attention!
  • This is one of the great Cathedral Basilicas of the East Coast. Even if you're not a Catholic you will want to come in and quietly take in the great work of mid 19th c. craftsmen and artists. It took almost 20 years to build. They don't build them like this any more. Pope Frances celebrated Mass here in September 2015. We were here for an evening High Latin Mass and then stayed right across the street at the Hilton. All Are Welcome in This Place
