  • Enjoy viewing the windows and watching the light display. Walked by windows early morning so as to avoid holiday crowds. Annual trip.  more »
  • I can't find any Saks coupon on their app. The only way to get store coupons is shopping through Paylesswithcoupons. But the coupons you are seeing on this site are for the online store only.  more »

  • Expensive place where you can find high end brands. In the winter they really do a nice job decorating the outside of the building with many colorful lights that change colors to match the music they are playing. The music is Christmas related. This area is one of the most busiest place in New York during the holidays and unless you like crowds and being push around you should avoid.
  • Unfortunately, Saks is not like the way it used to be. I was surprised by the unqualified staff and no customer service. I was wearing a Fendi scarf and I asked for a similar scarf but different color then the sales person told me "I have never seen this scarf at all then he walked away" the floor was empty and not crowded. He didn't bother to go and look for me online, his attitude didn't show any desire of helping me. I hope the management will reconsider the whole process there.
