  • We reserved and paid 2 bikes for 3 days at Brooklyn Bridge bikerent. Retrieving the reserved cycling at the appointed hour failed.. Since the store closed turned out to be, "because it's not a good cycling weather was..". After we contact we could get the bikes the next day at another location. The rental period was so 1 day shorter, but we got no refund.. Because we are not returned the bikes for the night!! As if that is normal when you are cycling for more than 1 day hires.. Conclusion: no bikes in advance rent, there are plenty of rental bikes available anywhere in New York. If you want to capture in advance: certainly not with this landlord!!

  • Absolutely fantastic experience! Booking with this company was extremely easy. Upon arrival we were greeted at the door by two friendly employees who had us sign waivers. They then directed us to the front where we got our bikes. Our tour was very fun. I highly recommend it for a bike rent in New York City
  • The girl was having a hangover and totally uninterested. The guy was playing with his phone, he better check the bikes. (Gears not working properly) Tip: Reserve the bike via your phone instead of just walk in and pay the list price.
