Sasighan 's prominent Thai massage teachers include Dorkkaew Chumchoei and Wilai Riangpha.

in 2005. She became a NY state licensed for Massage Therapist. She then started her own massage business and later became the founder and Director of the Dusnee Thai Spa (AKA Dusnee Thai Massage NYC).
Sassy 's desire to spread her knowledge of Thai massage and treat as many people as possible led to her wanting to teach her special authentic style of massage. So in 2015,
"Sasighan Prasertsri is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & bodywork(NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider and is also sponsored by NCBTMB to teach New York LMTs continuing education that is accepted by the state of New York for license renewal" .
