The 5 stars are solely for the Escape Room Legend of Atlantis. We had a group of 6 but paid the full 8 for a private room. We were quite impressed with this particular room with all the clues that we had to break. If we had about 5 more minutes, we probably would have completed it. While the challenge itself was a great experience and exceeded our expectations; the staff left A LOT to be desired. The lady at the front desk acted like she didn't want to be there, and was not enthusiastic at all. She did NOTHING to ramp up our excitement. We did another Escape Room (Riddles - Escape from Grand Strand) and the people there were nice and really engaging. Customer Service is everything. While we were impressed with Legend of Atlantis, we would likely NOT return to try the other rooms available - all because the customer service rated below 1 star.

Great experience. We did the Atlantis one and had a ton of fun,almost escaped. The staff clearly want you to succeed but on your own, so their hints are helpful but not obvious. I had a blast and most of the puzzles seemed pretty straightforward.
